Here at Perfect Piafffe we like to be a little different and stand out from the crowd. We also believe in quality and making our customers happy.
We have the most popular Breed Society logos, standard designs. lettering that can be easily selected from the main menu and added to the product of your choice.
If you own a stud and have a unique identity that makes you stand out from the crowd why not say it in crystals. By adding a crystal design to a saddlecloth or item of clothing from our site, we think you will add that special something to your marketing campaign and make a difference.
How to order:
If you wish to add a crystal design to a saddle cloth or item of clothing please follow these simple steps:-
From the main menu on the left hand side..
1) Select a saddlecloth or item of clothing and add the item(s) to the mini cart. This will take you to the shopping cart. Choose 'continue shopping' and this will take you back to the store.
2) Next select the Individual Designs, Lettering, Breed Society logos tab and choose from either Breed Society logos, lettring or individual standard designs. Select your design and crystal colour, adding them to the mini cart and check out as usual.
Please note crystals are not sold separately and are meant for purchase with the Breed Society Designs, lettering, individual designs and bespoke Crystal Artwork.
Colours of items are displayed and are provided to us by our supplier. We cannot guarentee the colour will be exactly as the web site reflects. Different browsers and computer equipment are individually set by the user.
Personalised Artwork & Crystal designs
If you do not see the design or crystal colour you require and want a personal design and your own artwork created in Swarovski Crystals or wish to discuss design options please email your requirements to crystaldesigns@perfectpiaffe.co.uk
By clicking on the Swarovski Swan logo on the right hand side of the main menu you can download a PDF file of the crystal colours which Swarovski produce. We will be happy to order in these specially for your personal design.
Payment
Pay instantly using all major debit/credit cards via the HSBC payment system. We also accept payments via Cheques (made payable to Perfect Piaffe), UK Postal Orders and UK Bank Transfers (BACS). Alternatively you are welcome to contact us via telephone to place your order.
Paying by cheque or bank transfer: If payment is not made within one week from the date of the order being placed, the order will be cancelled to enable us to put the goods back into stock.
All goods remain the property of Perfect Piaffe until full payment has been received for the goods ordered.
VAT (Value added Tax)
VAT of 20% is charged on all UK orders and is inclusive in the purchase price
Delivery:
Orders without crystal designs, if in stock, will be dispatched within 24hrs unless next day delivery is selected. If paying by cheque, goods will be dispatched once funds have cleared.
We will contact you if any items ordered and paid for are found to be not in stock . We can either back order the goods or issue a refund.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for orders with crystal designs to be produced and despatched out to you. We will not start the Artwork for your crystal design until full payment is received.
UK Next Day Delivery orders must be placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday to guarantee delivery for the following working day. Next Day orders placed on a Friday before 2pm will be delivered on the following Monday. (Orders placed on a Friday after 2pm will be delivered on the following Tuesday).
UK orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery depending on the chosen delivery option and the value/contents/weight of the package.
Delayed/lost deliveries:
Royal Mail Recorded/signed-for items are usually delivered within 1-2 working days. However, this is not a guaranteed service and can take longer. Royal Mail do not class an item as lost until 15 working days from posting have passed. Once the 15 days have passed we can re-send or refund the order and submit a claim for loss to Royal Mail.
If your order is urgent we recommend that you use the next day delivery service which is guaranteed for orders placed before 2pm.
Returns:
You must contact us within 7 days to advise us of the return and the item must be returned with 14 days. The safe return of the item is your responsibility.
Once the item has been received and we have assessed the damage we will issue a refund. Please note the refund is for the cost of the goods only, not the delivery charges. Any goods found to be faulty/damaged can be returned for a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost. You must contact us within 7 days to advise us of the fault/damage. No returns will be accepted if you do not contact us within this time. The faulty/damaged item must be returned to Perfect Piaffe so the item can be assesed before we can issue a refund.
Bespoke Crystal Design Artwork cannot be returned unless the goods are faulty.
